Empowering Communities And Promoting Sustainable Development Through Our CSR Initiatives.
Why We Care
Brothers Ashish and Abhishek Tandon arrived in Canada as international students, full of hopes and dreams for a better future. However, their aspirations were short-lived as they found themselves cleaning toilets and delivering newspapers for just 50 cents, a far cry from their previous comfortable lives in India.
Despite facing endless struggles, the brothers refused to be defeated. They persevered and took on odd jobs while keeping their dreams in sight. Their hard work and determination finally paid off when they turned their passion into a successful entrepreneurial venture, founding Godspeed Group....
Today, Godspeed Group not only empowers individuals to achieve their career goals but also gives back to the community through their CSR arm, Godspeed Cares.
Although their journey was not easy, it was worth every moment of struggle and sacrifice. The Tandon brothers remain committed to helping other immigrants and individuals facing similar challenges, drawing inspiration from their own experiences of never giving up on their dreams and always pushing forward.
Committed To Creating Long-Lasting Positive Change In The Areas We Serve.
Areas of Focus
Our Initiatives
Project SuperLearn
The project aims to address truck driver and forklift operator shortage in the manufacturing, transportation, logistics and warehousing sectors. It is designed for those who wish to upskill themselves and join the workforce as a commercial vehicle driver (AZ/DZ/G) or a forklift operator across priority sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, distribution, and warehousing. The project supports service-level partnerships with multiple truck driving schools and forklift training academies and is partly funded by the Government of Ontario.
Community Care Program
We organize workshops, provide training and networking support to help immigrants integrate into society and develop the ability for self-sustaining employment. We help build language competencies and provide knowledge about workplace culture skills to support integration. Our assistance empowers immigrants to synthesize, gain competencies, make decisions, set goals, and take action towards a successful career.
Immigrant Support Initiative
We have been at the forefront of helping new immigrants to Canada find immediate employment, providing direction, mentoring and suggestions on documentation, upskilling, housing, grocery shopping, medical support, education, and sponsorships.
No One Should Go To Bed Hungry
